Hello this is Day here! I created this page to share my running life journey. Running really changed my life and I would like to spread the joy it has sent me. Some of my running stories are featured in my blog along with my bucket list runs and other life experiences!
I recently became a RRCA Level 1 Certified Coach , a 200 hour Yoga Teacher and a level 1 & 2 Reiki Practioner! Running led me to discover more of yoga which also lead me to learn more about myself. I am forever a student but am blessed to have also become a teacher to share the beautiful practice with others.
In my blog I also write about different things ranging from my races, traveling, the independent life, natural medicines, teas, farmer’s markets, books, healthy foods, health overall, recipes and the list goes on. I truly believe that we all should have that moment when we finally feel that we are living life. We could be doing the same thing we were doing yesterday but suddenly feel as if we are living the life we were meant to live. For me, that started when I became a runner. Everything in my life came together then and eventually led to this blog. I hope you enjoy my stories and I hope to inspire or even help you!
