My name is Day and I created this page to share my running life journey. Running really changed my life and I would like to spread the joy it has sent me. Some of my running stories are featured in my blog along with my bucket list runs!
I also recently became a RRCA Level 1 Certified Coach and would love to help coach anyone who is interested. I currently provide virtual training that can be done from almost anywhere as long as you have the determination.
My goal is to help guide those who are new to this sport and those who want to better themselves in general. I’ve run fourteen half marathons and two full marathons. I believe that a good runner can come from anywhere if commitment is priority. With such busy lives, I know that sometimes it can be a struggle to stay on track. That’s where I come in! If you’re looking to run your first event—from a 5k to even a half marathon—or if you are trying to get that PR, I can offer you coaching, personalized training plans and guidance!
